Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

All deposits made toward a portable building, storage barn, tiny home, or custom structure are non-refundable.

Deposits secure materials, production scheduling, and/or inventory allocation. Once placed, your order is considered active and in production or reserved for delivery.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or delivery scheduling begins.

If cancellation is approved:

  • A cancellation fee may apply (up to 25% of total purchase price)
  • Any non-recoverable material or administrative costs will be deducted from any eligible refund

Once a building enters production, customization, or delivery scheduling, the order cannot be canceled.

3. Custom & Built-to-Order Units

All custom buildings, modified units, and special-order tiny homes are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.

These units are built specifically for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold in standard inventory.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is ready and accessible.

Once a unit is delivered and accepted:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds will be issued for size, color, layout, or selection preference

Customers must inspect the unit at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

5. Damage Claims

If damage occurs during delivery:

  • Must be documented at the time of drop-off
  • Must be reported within 24–48 hours
  • Repair or replacement will be handled under warranty terms (if applicable)

Damage claims do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise required by law.

6. Financing / Rent-to-Own Agreements

For financed or rent-to-own units:

  • Payments made are non-refundable
  • Early termination does not guarantee refund of prior payments
  • Terms are governed by the financing agreement signed at purchase

7. Refund Eligibility (Rare Cases)

Refunds are only considered if:

  • The company is unable to fulfill the order
  • A duplicate payment was made in error
  • A written agreement explicitly states refund eligibility

Approved refunds will be processed minus any applicable fees.

8. General Policy

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Portable buildings are semi-permanent, customized goods
  • All sales are final once production or delivery begins
