1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, orders, financing agreements, and services provided by Outland Trailers LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including portable buildings, storage barns, sheds, tiny homes, and related products.

By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Outland Trailers LLC sells portable buildings, storage structures, tiny homes, and custom-built units. Many products are:

Built to order
Customized per customer specifications
Non-stock, made-to-order items

Because of this, variations in materials, color, trim, and design may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received.

A deposit is required to secure an order
Full payment or financing approval is required before delivery
All payments must clear before release of product

Outland Trailers LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or payment issues.

4. Deposits

Deposits are required to reserve inventory, schedule production, and secure materials.

Deposits are generally non-refundable
Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of deposit and order cancellation

5. Delivery Policy

Outland Trailers LLC provides delivery services within its service area.

Customer responsibilities:

Ensure property access is clear and safe
Provide accurate delivery address and placement instructions
Confirm that site conditions are suitable for installation

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Unsafe or inaccessible delivery sites
Underground utilities not properly marked
Obstructions not disclosed prior to delivery

6. Acceptance of Product

All products must be inspected upon delivery.

Once delivered and accepted, the product is considered final sale
Any damage must be noted at time of delivery
Failure to report issues at delivery constitutes acceptance

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

In general:

Deposits are non-refundable
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins
Completed or delivered units are non-refundable

8. Financing

If financing or rent-to-own is offered:

Approval is required before delivery
Payment terms are governed by a separate financing agreement
Failure to make payments may result in repossession of the unit

9. Warranty

Certain products may include manufacturer or limited warranties.

Warranty coverage varies by product type
Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or neglect is not covered
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing

10. Liability

Outland Trailers LLC is not liable for:

Property damage caused by site conditions
Improper installation by third parties
Weather-related damage after delivery
Misuse or modification of the product after acceptance

11. Site Preparation

Customer is responsible for ensuring:

Level, stable ground
Proper clearance for delivery equipment
No underground hazards (pipes, cables, septic, etc.)

We may refuse delivery if the site is unsafe.

12. Modifications

Outland Trailers LLC reserves the right to:

Update product designs
Change pricing
Adjust availability
Modify these Terms at any time

13. Industry Acknowledgment

Portable buildings and tiny homes are semi-permanent structures and industry-standard policies (similar to dealers such as Stor-Mor Portable Buildings) apply regarding deposits, customization, and final sale terms.
